RICH TEXT IN GOOGLE CLASSROOM IS HERE!

Have you seen it! In Google Classroom, you can now use Bold, Italic, underlines, and bullet points. This was something many people have been waiting for. It makes it easier to compose a post, assignment, or material in a way to spotlight the important features for students.

But that is not all! Other new changes to be aware of includes:

Students can now save their progress on a Google Form. This is still in the Beta form so you will need to sign up if you are interested in trying this out. What it will do is to automatically save a person’s progress when they are filling out a Google Form. They will no longer need to start all over or worry about finishing it in one sitting. This is great for those times when the internet cuts out, a Chromebook dies, or you want to give students two parts of an assessment on the same form.

You can also now find files easier in Google Drive with the addition of new file search options now available. You can now search for a file by “from,” “to,” “sharedwith,” and owner.
